Notes

  • TV Guide Description: "Archer invites a group of alien stargazers to witness a stellar event aboard Enterprise, not realizing the Suliban agent Silik is among the guests.

  • Rumoured to feature the return of the Suliban leader Silik and his mysterious commander from the future. Unlike during their first encounter, Silik actually helps Archer, preventing the destruction of the Enterprise for unknown reasons. It also turns out that an Enterprise crew member is actually from the future, sent back to the 22nd Century to stop Silik and find out who is giving the Suliban orders. (November 04, 2001 - TrekToday)

  • Staff writer Andre Bormanis confirmed that this episode would see the return of the Suliban and the continuance of the 'temporal cold war' plotline. "Something else that distinguished Enterprise from other Treks is that a concept like time travel is a real 'mind blower' for Archer and company," he said. "They think of it as science fiction, whereas it was established fact in all the other series." (November 07, 2001 - TrekToday)

  • Andre Bormanis: "It features a group of alien pilgrims on a spiritual quest. I don't know that spiritual themes will be developed on Enterprise to the extent they were on DS9, but they will crop up from time to time." (November 07, 2001 - TrekToday)

  • Rumoured to feature the first actual story use of Captain Archer's dog, Porthos, who is the only one on the ship capable of identifying Suliban. (November 21, 2001 - TrekToday)
